These rates are already discounted for advance reservations, AAA discounts, Senior Citizens, and other discount programs. Balances are due at check-in, payable in cash, traveler's checks, money order or certified check. Credit cards (visa or mastercard only) are accepted at the full rate. Rates do not apply to conventions or groups. Check-in AFTER 2pm/ Check-out BEFORE 11am. Rates do not include sales and tourism taxes or gratuities. Two nights rental required to confirm each reservation. Any misrepresentation voids reservation and will forfeit amounts
pre-paid. SORRY, NO PETS.

* RATES * All Published rates are subject to change without notice.
* DEPOSITS * A deposit of 2 nights rental is required to confirm reservation and is applied to last day(s) of your vacation.
Personal checks are accepted only for deposits. Reservations are held for one week only unless a deposit is received. All deposits are receipted via U.S. Mail. Reservations are held until 6pm unless notified of later arrival time.
* CANCELATIONS * A deposit is refundable if we are notified two weeks prior to arrival date subject to a 25% service charge. Full deposit may be applied to a later date depending on availability, if rebooked at the time of cancellation. Deposit may not be applied to the next season and is not transferable. There are no refunds on early check-outs or no-shows. Deposits secured by credit card are non-refundable.
* PAYMENTS * Your balance is due in full at check-in and is payable in cash, Travelers checks, Money Order or Certified Check.
* PARKING * There is space for only one car per unit. Ample free street parking is available nearby. SORRY NO PETS. |
